This app doesnt open - thought it might be due to the free version, but the $2 app also doesnt open, and says I need to check my connection, but I have full service & wi-fi! Very upset - I want a refund!

Lame, app has stopped syncing, and now has deleted all my data. Dont waste your money on this one. $9 down the drain and all my data too. :-( One star for working the few months that it was working properly. But again all my data/info is gone gone gone..... Also, app is not posting my one-star rating from the iPad. Lets see if this review posts straight from iTunes.

Love that this app keeps all my info secure! When I had to switch my phone I thought I lost all the info, fortunately a quick email to the support got a quick response and I was able to recover the data I had backed up! I give this app 5 stars!

I will admit at the start there is a backup feature, but somehow my email never got it or went to spam a and that empties daily. I have been using this app for the last two years and when the last update happened I lost EVERYTHING I had soooo much in it! I never put it any other place since I trusted my stuff would never just be wiped clear! So annoyed since its all just gone. Bottom line, I wouldnt recommend it to a friend and I will be getting something else.

This App is so easy to use. It has saved the day on several occasions as I forget to write down passwords to transfer to my laptop. I especially like the look of the app. It is perfect for someone who appreciates an easily navigated visual presentation.

I have used this app more times than I thought I would...the updates just keep getting better. I would line to see custom categorization implemented so you can have one categorys it important information (ie. personal that has logins and financials along with others so you dont have to put it in multiple)

This App has been wonderful for keeping track of all my business accounts.

I normally have to write myself reminders for my reminders and this app has helped me finally be able to have my account information and passwords in a safe and secure place that I can keep organized. It would be helpful to be able to add/delete fields in the files but overall this is a great app!

Was hoping for a not so buggy and not so old fashion ui/ux. 🤷‍♂️ ie, can't change password because their website is not working, and dated, non intuitive design. Doesn't sync between apple device....yada yada yada. Hoping for a better experience 🙏

Life saver. I wouldn't want to be without it remastered stinks big time

Having been using this app for a number of years and loved it. They just did an update (first in six years) and lost all my data. However, I was able to communicate with their technical support. There were able to write a updated version that allowed historical user to retrieve their data. In addition, they listened to how end users interact with their app and make adjustments. Phenomenal customer and technical support!!!!

Suddenly, I can't use this app.

One place to store all of my Acct info and passwords. It’s safe!!

Keeps all my passwords organized very efficiently. I've used it for years. Love it. My only request is to integrate it with Touch/FaceID.
